★★☆☆☆ I have registered for few days. But till now still pending for their salesperson to contact me. Really slow

★★☆☆☆ Very TERRIBLE experience as a Merchant.1) For Every Order, I have to contact the customer service MANUALLY to get riders, the system takes v long time to assign riders to u. 2) Even If I called the Customer Service to assign riders, sometimes it took about an hour to get a rider & Customer service ppl told me idh to call them so many times!3)Include the Rider's CONTACT NUMBER so that merchants can contact riders easily! LAST & MOST IMPORTANTLY: EASI I ADVICE U TO SOLVE UR RIDERS ISSUE SERIOUSLY.
