3 Things: Simple Daily Planner

Your to-do list is making you anxious.

The modern task manager is a trap. It is an infinite scroll of guilt. You add 20 items, you complete 5, and you go to bed feeling like a failure. You aren't productive; you are just busy.

3 Things is not a place to dump your brain. It is a tool to sharpen it.

We built this app on a simple, brutal truth: You cannot do everything. But you can do the 3 most important things.

This is your daily contract with yourself.

THE PHILOSOPHY

This app is based on the Ivy Lee Method and the principles of Essentialism. It forces you to make a choice. If everything is a priority, nothing is. By limiting your day to just 3 slots, you are forced to separate the "busy work" from your "life's work."

HOW IT WORKS

• Plan: Every morning, define your 3 non-negotiables.

• Focus: Work on these tasks single-mindedly.

• Execute: Check them off to get the dopamine hit.

• Repeat: Build a streak of days where you actually finish.

WHY "LIMITS" ARE A FEATURE

Today shows three slots. There is no fourth slot. For a new set of three, finish these three and start a new day, or reset today. This is not a bug; it is the point. Limitations create freedom. By blocking the noise, we help you focus on the signal.

STOP MANAGING. START FINISHING.

Ditch the complex tools. Stop hoarding tasks you will never do.

Download 3 Things. Choose your focus. Win the day.

Fixes.

- If your phone uses another language, Past, Future, Journal, Me and the streak reminders no longer show some of their text in English.
- When you sign out, the app goes straight to Today instead of showing the sign-in screen first.
- The Pro plans screen now works with large text, in landscape and on small screens. On small screens you can now see the day your free trial ends.
