Welcome to the City of Riverside’s 311 App. This app allows you to submit service requests for common things like a clogged storm drain, code violation, removal of graffiti, park maintenance and more. You can also review submitted and closed requests and pay your Riverside Public Utilities bill right from the app.
IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 AND DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING. Though monitored, this app does not imply or ensure immediate response.
LOG IN We recommend creating an account so you can access your past 311 submissions and check the status of pending requests. You can use the app without an account but you will not be able to access past submissions nor check the status of a submission.
PHOTO TIPS If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will be sent with photos which have been taken when submitting 311 requests. If you have not enabled geolocation services, you will need to provide the address and cross street of the incident. We request that you take photos with as much of the surrounding area as possible so that our teams can easily identify the location. You may submit multiple photos. Please do not attempt to take photos while driving. This app is free from the City of Riverside but your carrier may charge standards rates for use of data.

This app is great for graffiti removal. I just take a pic of the graffiti, and it geotags the location and the next couple of days the graffiti is gone. I have also used it to notify of homelessness so Riverside Outreach can go help the people. The app also sends notifications when the task has been completed. It's also great for abandoned vehicles and illegal dumping or just large accumulations of trash. We live in a great city where something like this is possible.

This app is very easy to report graffiti. I don't have an account, I just log in "without an account". Tracks my request based on the email I provide. Faster to report then calling 311. I did have to "make new request" and click "home" a few times to get it to work correctly.

Absolute trash app. I can't even submit photos of my requests because apparently the idiots who designed this app doesn't know how to access the geodata on the picture and think I'm outside the city.

App is so broken I tried reporting graffiti but the app says my picture isn't from inside the city of riverside when is clearly is. I have changed the data on the photo to be numerous addresses inside riverside, and it always says it's not from riverside and rejects my request. I finally had to call them to get it removed and when I explained the problem to the nitwit she told me the app is perfect and the problem is with my photo data, it's not, and that I need to have Wi-Fi on, IT IS.
