I'm impressed there is an app for this. Throughout the years 311 has been that inner city guide, information center and citizen request center that no one else can match. They are kind, patient and will sometimes call you back to check in. They've taken debris off the highway within 2 hours of a call. If you're a senior citizen they can be your internet search engine for any quick information (hours of opp for any business). Always happy with your service! #100%

This is the app version of Toronto's 311 service, which is to say it's occasionally useful but mostly frustrating and inefficient. It won't store your info, so you need to input it every time you submit a request. It doesn't store your request history, so if you want to check the status you'll have to go to your email to look up the number. And to submit a request, you still need to wade through bureaucratic jargon & sort through a variety of similarly-named forms to find the one you need.

This is one of the worst apps I've used. Keeps crashing, and it can't find major roads in Toronto. Waste of time and probably millions to make it.
