I live in Riya Patanjali housing, in Nilganj, Barrack pore, Kolkata, and we use this app. I personally like this app very much as I can see who visited my flat, set regular visitors, activate fire alarms, massage the security guards, poll, call the security guards, invite a guest, add or read a complaint, create a guest pass, and I can also contact any emergency vehicle with the help of phone numbers given here, see any notice given, etc. I like this app.

Some features like pre-approve delivery entries is missing. Moreover, the registration process is cumbersome. The control to register should solely be with the resident, like in My Gate app. The admin should just approve once requested. Also, an option to restrict exit of owned cars will be useful for many users to avoid car thefts. Otherwise, the app is good.

Your personal data is not secure, lots of bugs, and they will not delete your account & details even after a thousand request. Sender ID and time Stamp is hidden for data manipulation. Pathetic and unprofessional. They will not share the user manual and impart training the users as they are even not sure how their application will behave. All good reviews are their own reviews. Anyone can check for the reviews given by normal user other than Google user.
