Kraken listed as a supported exchange. Join, pay (smart bot not available under free). Set bot up - no deals after a day. Support says that it's normal. Then a day later they say Kraken not supported for smart bit - "Sorry, we probably should have told you." No refund. And I have the email correspondence to prove this. Just not a professional outfit and certainly not showing integrity. By the way also tried the grid boy for a couple of days - broke even, so no joy there either.

Smart Bot Visibility? Even after the resent update still unable to see smart bot or its trades. Also, please please PLEASE stop the smart bot timing out after 3600 minutes and closing my trades at a loss! If they were left a little longer the market comes back up, and they would have made profit. Please add the option to disable the 3600-min time out or at least let the trades run for 5 to 7 days! Currently, very disappointed but holding out you guys can sort these issues 🙏
