★★☆☆☆ Very poor service, no response to sellers queries. We did not receive a single order in a 1-year subscription, and even we are not able to schedule a simple order within pune, because of app giving error while scheduling order and no resolution to the problem from their technical team. Waste of money

★★☆☆☆ Worst app and worst service from Sakai. It was not expected from SAKAL MEDIA. They got us registered as a seller (obviously till that time they called us on daily basis), but after that everyone just vanished. App doesn't work properly, most of the options are just images, they do not work. And when you try to contact support they do not respond (no response from chat / calls / Twitter / Instagram. We also tried to contact 4 different executives, none of them responded.

★★☆☆☆ Good initiative, the only advantage you would get over big players like amazon is local pride, which will not last long, There has to be a price advantage as well, Just browsing for a couple of mins, one realizes that there is none price advantage whatsoever. For example the spark shoes is priced at 1000, the same shoe on amazon is 839, Nobody would want to buy a product by paying 161 rupees more

★★☆☆☆ They contact influencers 11th hour make the content from them, and then they back out even after promising paid collab. How unprofessional is this, they expect you to drop everything from ur work and ans them, and they don't even pick up the calls 😂👆🏻. I have never ever seen such unprofessionalism from a single collab app ever. Magic pin and lbb is far better than this, they know what professionalism is and someone named shravani had contacted me and behaved such way was more surprising. Yukk
