Not for the person who doesn't know what they're doing and who's wireless provider doesn't give them the option to change 5g to 4g. I had to Google a lot of information to know how to do this. But since having to do a network reset on my phone, I have to start all over again? It would be helpful if you had a How-To video to explain things to "dummies" like me.
