I just set up the mamaRoo yesterday and didn't have any issues whatsoever with the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm disappointed that the Bluetooth doesn't allow you to play music through it. I just bought a Bluetooth receiver so we can play music from the phone through the base speakers.

People depend on their phones too much. I see so many reviews of everyone complaining about not being able to use their phones. Stay away from your phones at least for once in your life. The swing comes with the same options as the phone app. Stop complaining. They make baby products and they're not app developers. Their product works perfectly so use it's button. SMARTPHONES CREATE IDIOTS. For once in your life use your hands to do other things besides using your Smartphones. Stop complaining.

I love the 4moms products, but they don't work with android devices. I've tried on multiple occasions to link my phone to the Mamaroo and the sleep bassinet and, although I'm able to register them, I cannot connect them. But my spouse, who has an apple device, has no issue connecting. HUGE bummer when you need to use the app for the sleep timer to prevent the bassinet from turning off and waking baby at the 4 hour mark. You would think for the cost, this wouldn't be an issue.... But here we are

Connection is easy to make via Bluetooth but the app itself annoying!! Anytime I leave the app, I need to completely restart the app in order to get back to use the buttons of the 4moms product I am connected too. I only have the bassinet but plan to get the swing set in the near future. My phone is the s10+ and this is the only app I have to constantly close out completely to use any time I wish too

App does not connect to the bassinet even after closing and reopening, turning Bluetooth off and back on, and restarting phone. Very frustrating.
