This is the 4th time after I spent half hour writing my journal & it was not saved & asked me to write again. It's very frustrating to have an unreliable app that you don't know if your journey will be wiped out this time or not. I'd love to see that they can take this seriously & fix the bug.

This app LIES. It claims to allow you to export your journal. It does NOT! Over four years of daily use wasted. It is not possible to do. They claim you will receive a link to your email within 24 hours. I have been waiting nearly a month. I have emailed every email contact listed for the company on their web page and via the app store several times. I have called the phone number listed - no answer. Avoid this at all costs if you ever desire to export your journal.

After using this app for 6 years I'm exporting to a different app. Not a single feature works properly. Search, finding an old entry, notifications, saving/editing an entry, exporting still don't work properly. I can't stress enough how poorly this app works now compared to a simple text editor. I should have exported my entries years ago and saved myself this headache.
