This app has definitely put me on the right track for my endurance training. I smashed my iron man triathlon target last year, and I'm loving my current marathon training plan, which includes optional strength and flexibility work each week. It's easy to use and connects to my other fitness apps so everything syncs up nicely. The community is also incredibly supportive, and I've met some lovely people through MōTTiv, both online and in person. Highly recommended.

I started triathlon training June 2021, just w/ YouTube videos from Triathlon Taren & others. I built a training plan for my 1st IM70.3 in Coeur d'Alene & did it in June 2022 in 6:29:46. I kept training my own way as I prepared for IM70.3 Oceanside 2023, which I finished in 6:27:47. I just raced IM70.3 CDA again (2024), but w/ the Mott iv app to set my training & I couldn't be more stoked w/ the results! I finished strong at 5:11:01! The swim was shortened, so it would've been about 5 hrs 38 min!

It's clunky. I did a workout the other day then it tells me today that there's no account. Glad I'm not paying for it. List my workout and had to begin again

Terrible Onboarding! In what world does an app ask you a bunch of questions only to give you an arbitrary list of all things you didn't fill on the LAST screen!

Once you select a training plan, it cannot be changed. Period. It can't be deleted without deleting your account and creating a new one. F you're temporarily sidelined by an injury or similar, the app becomes useless. Also, the help desk offers terribly unqualified, unsolicited, dangerous medical advice - that's frankly mind-blowing.
