I use this app to track and manage spells for multiple characters. It's easy to use and very handy in game play. Update 01-2024 - I have been able to add spell data for various companion books as well over the years.

The only spell book app out there with full functionality - filtering spells, creating spell books, selecting multiple spells, clean UI, few ads. Sadly, the spell list hasn't been updated in ages, and new spells and classes must be added manually. Also, manually adding spells lacks the option to add custom ranges such as "30 foot line", even though default spells have such range. In fact, editing a spell that has that range removes it from the spell. Please fix. 4⭐ because no good competition.

Normally I would give this a 5 star however you've removed the site for adding new spells, or the site has crashed and needs to be fixed. Either way without the site this app is far behind the others as it is not up-to-date without someone adding the spells manually via the crashed site. Please fix, and I'll fix the review otherwise I'll have to figure out a different spell book.

This used to be my preferred spell book app. Unfortunately, the app does not have the Artificer class as an option for creating a spell book. Additionally, the source material contained is just the PHB, Elemental Evil, and Sword Coast Adventures (no Tasha's Cauldron, Volo's Guide, etc.). Sadly due to lack of access to newer materials, I've had to go use other apps.

This app used to be really helpful. Some minor errors in the spell text here and there, nothing too bad. But the recent change to having ads make the app near impossible to use. Bottom banner ads block some of the UI including the buttons to add spells or to prep them. Don't bother downloading at this rate.

This app is cool but since 3.2.11 it's been half broken... and there is no way to share custom content... it also doesn't have access to the newer books, races and classes.
