People complaining about how basic the app is are missing the point of the app and the program. I completed 75Hard this year and found the app very helpful. Yes, it's simple and basic, but the app isn't there to spoon feed you. If that's what you want then you're not ready. It's there to remind you of what you still need to do and to keep track of your progress, nothing more, nothing less. The responsibility of finding a suitable diet, tracking your weight etc. is yours.

Glorified checklist with fatal privacy flaws! Requires creating account/logging in, impossible to opt out of photos uploaded to the cloud, and collects location data for "analytics", not app features. Login and cloud sync is overkill for a simple app like this. This isn't fitbit where you want to see years of historical data and compare trends, it's a 75-day challenge. The developers should have worked on features like better water tracking and alerts instead of invading the user's privacy!
