For several months now the app has not been opening on my phone (Pixel 8 Pro). The developer tried acting like it wasn't their app. Once I convinced them it was their app, they reset my password and told me it works just fine when they log into the desk top, so they closed my ticket. The issue was never using it on a desk top. The developer is useless when it comes to troubleshooting their own app.

I already have an account, but when I inputted my credentials, the app did not recognize me. Worse, when I put in my existing credentials as a new account, it did not recognize the duplicate information, and tried to open a new account. It still needs work.
