If you stick with the meal plan, I have a meal replacement or smoothie for breakfast, and do the exercises, you will lose weight. I got the subscription, and it's $60 for 6 months which isn't bad with all you get in the app. In one week I lost 10lbs! But you got to keep the lifestyle change. You can't hop off of it and just eat whatever you want. You got to keep eating the veggies, eat fewer carbs, and make sure you get the protein you need. The recipes are tasty too 😋.

For a 55-year-old amateur as myself, this is a great workout app. It will guide you through the diversity of workouts with videos, and you have the option of choosing how easy or hard you want to train. Also, I've tested several of the recommended recipes and they are surprisingly delicious. I wish it could be coupled with my smartwatch, but that's not the end of the world.

I used this app years ago, and to this day, I get spam emails from other companies sent to the unique email address I used to sign up for this service. Not cool.

I subscribed for trial period but have never used this application. When the trial period finished I tried to unsubscribe, but I could not. It seems that it's impossible to unsubscribe. And they are trying to withdraw money from the bank account nearly every day. Terrible experience. Really regret that I installed this application and indicated my debit card. I think I'll have to cancel my card and bank account to stop them trying to take the money....😡😡😡😡😡😡

That plan itself is ok, but I signed up for a free trial, and cancelled immediately in my play account to end after free trial. Despite this, they keep attempting to take the $100 payment for service. I have emailed them with no response. DO NOT GET SERVICE AS THEY WILL NOT HONOR JUST THE "TRIAL" period.
