I love having my workouts and meal plans sent to me. The workouts are great, and the meals are fast, easy, and tasty. All of this at a very reasonable price.

If you stick with the meal plan, I have a meal replacement or smoothie for breakfast, and do the exercises, you will lose weight. I got the subscription, and it's $60 for 6 months which isn't bad with all you get in the app. In one week I lost 10lbs! But you got to keep the lifestyle change. You can't hop off of it and just eat whatever you want. You got to keep eating the veggies, eat fewer carbs, and make sure you get the protein you need. The recipes are tasty too 😋.

"You need to have Google fit installed to enjoy this feature" this was listed as an alternative to Google fit. I specifically didn't want to use Google fit because Google fit has been inaccurate. I was hoping that I could use this app to track my exercise and my walks. In order to track my steps this app asked me to install Google fit.

I had to download this app just so I could delete my account after receiving a data breach notification. Companies like this deserve to rot in a cesspool 👿

There is no free workouts to do. Everything is behind a pay wall and there is no trial to even try the "pro". Another scam exercise app.
