I really like it!! It works well, and I can learn about my culter in a way(im korean) since i don't really know my family all that well since part of my family is korean. After unsubscribing and uninstalling there still a charge that have been made, and you deducted it on my bank account, I also disputed this concern and up until now I still don't have that refunded money! It's been a week, I don't have problems regards with the app, but the service is slow and no action for this urgent matter. Fix this

It's really simple. You can read over all of it in less than an hour. Not really helpful, unless you are at 0% in your knowledge of basic Korean words or phrases or Hangul as well.
