Make room for one clear task at a time. Choose a focus duration, add an optional short break and closing review, then move through each stage at your own pace.

Set up a round
Choose 15, 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or set a custom focus duration from 5 to 120 minutes. Write a goal that helps you know where to begin. A first-use example is ready to edit, and you can save up to 12 common setups as presets.

Follow your rhythm
See the current stage, remaining time, elapsed time and planned finish. Pause and resume when you need to. If you finish early, keep the time already spent and choose whether the task was completed, partly completed or needs another round. Add an optional next step and reuse the goal when you want to continue.

Keep useful records
Browse sessions by date, search goals by keyword and open a session to review its planned stages and recorded pauses. Statistics summarize recorded focus time, completed rounds and common start times using your saved sessions.

Make it yours
Adjust the default focus duration, optional stage tones, motion preference and light, dark or system appearance. Clear individual records or remove all records with confirmation.

Your timer uses elapsed time to restore the correct stage after you return to the app, including after a device restart. Goals, presets, preferences and session records are kept in local app storage. No account or connection is needed for the timer or your records. Stage names remain visible when sound is off.
