Adapter is working great with Fossibot F101 Pro. Software have 3 menus at the bottom Manage/Data/9eSIM. On Data and 9eSIM menu I'm seeing graphic glitches. Packages from Airalo are working, but from Jetpack are not working. I have another eSIM adapter from different company, and it's working fine with Jetpack and Airalo. I hope that helps.

Support email address does not exist (mail bounces back). Compatibility test suggested on Amazon sales site to check phone does not exist in app.

This app and the 9esim adapter does not work on the Galaxy S20 fe5g, even though it is listed as a compatible device. Also, there is no customer support. They supposedly have customer support through telegram, however nobody ever answers or responds. I don't believe this is even a legit company. Scam advisor and scam detector both indicate that 9esim is most likely a scam.

-9eSim is good, when it works, hence the reason for my two star -Before we left abroad, 9eSim worked great When we arrived at our destination, it was working flawlessly. A day and a half later, it stopped working completely! -I emailed them and only received was an email saying to try again during their regular working hours. A week later, nothing yet -What saved us was we had Airalo on another phone, so we used hotshot. Next time we'll try Saily -In conclusion, I can't recommend 9eSim.

The qr code sanner on this app does not work properly. It also gives you the option to upload which fails to upload. How could you make something so incompetent?
