Been a caster for 30 years trying every drill with no success. On top of the speed training the lag/wrist mechanics protocols have me finally feeling like I can compress the ball and not losing so much distance with my irons.

The app is simple and smartly laid out. It's easy to follow a recommended training session, input swing speeds, and track progress over time. Unfortunately, only the Level 1 training session is free (there are 5 total). I already paid for the Super speed trainers themselves, which are not cheap. So why should I pay more to follow pretty basic workout regimens? I'll just find those workout videos for free elsewhere and track my results with a basic spreadsheet. This is not worth it

Can't start recording overspeed training data because it asks you to select which set you are using and doesn't give you options to select and won't let you bypass it.

Trying to buy into training program but the app doesn't save data properly, it is not recording completed protocols.

Firstly it wouldn't download. Then after I try and make an account I'm permanently stuck on thr email verification screen as it won't email me. I spent over $200 on speed sticks but now the training on how to use them in stuck behind a paywall.
