Comments on A Dark Room ® for Android

★★★★★ Grayson McClard · Nov 27, 2025

I've had this game for years and haven't played it much other than to pass some time. Ultimately. It's not anything what it seems at first, and I love it. For a text game is so charming and the story is amazing

★★★★★ Nathaniel Hole · Sep 3, 2026

This was honestly outstanding, the gameplay was compelling and consistently evolving, the storytelling was well executed and simple while maintaining a dark overtone throughout the journey. I adored this experience, thank you

★★★★★ Phoenix Nelson · Sep 11, 2025

One of the best games I've played. It's ad free and the only thing you pay for is the game itself. No paywalls to struggle with. It's both heartbreaking amd waing at the same time. Rawr rawr rawr rawr rawr rawr rawr.

★★★★★ Chris Taylor · Sep 28, 2025

Best text game over played in years. Very engaging and fun. The first play through was a little under 5 hours.

★☆☆☆☆ DJ Meliodas · Sep 14, 2025

The new update as of 5 Sep 2025 keeps crashing with sdl error. Game completely unplayable. Game worked fine before update. Get the same error on both my phones. Used to be my favorite game.

★☆☆☆☆ Jesse S. · Jun 16, 2026

I have no experience with it. It does not do anything with Talk back. There is 0 blind accessibility. I can't do anything from the Home Screen, not a single thing. I can't play the game. I paid $2 for absolutely nothing.

★★☆☆☆ Kameko Kirishiki · Jul 11, 2026

Random setback simulator with light idle game elements, easily the worst idle game I've ever played.

★☆☆☆☆ ASW : · Apr 13, 2026

Ridiculously small text! Why so small? Makes it unplayable.
