This is pretty cool, and it definitely breaks out step four into easier bits and makes it pretty convenient to do on the go. That said some sponsors will tell you should take a pen to paper and write it out. Personal preference I guess, but the app is legit and definitely helps especially first time through step four.

Keeps crashing and is super slow. Also, will change names to weird words even though I'm spelling correctly. Like very common names. I'm trying to unlock the next steps to resentments after listing the names, and I've clicked the locks a million times. They are not unlocking and then it just crashes. Feel like I did so much work thus far for nothing cause now I have to do it again somewhere else

Love everything except I can't export. Nothing happens when I hit export. Now I have to write it all down. Disappointing 😞

It will not delete previous entries. So frustrating. I have deleted it and reinstalled on different devices. There must be a bug so I can't use the app anymore. Shame as I really liked it. Bsck to paper it is :(
