Great! Best trading platform! Problems: Settings should be saved across web and phone on different devices. Web and phone settings on tabs are different. Watch lists are also not maintained cross-platform. There should be options to remove some windows in both web and app to declutter based on preference.

Excellent mobile trading platform but needs more improvement on its features: 1. FINGERPRINT LOG-IN 2. E-withdrawal (no need for email withdrawal request) 3. Projected opening/closing price 4. Ledger/Trading History (No need for email receipt) 5. Foreign buy/sell real time 6. Broker buy/sell history 7. Stock information 8. FAK/iceberg 9. Issue: When clicking stocks quotes on portfolio, it always shows the previous stocks 10. Company symbol only option

Used to be fast when it comes to customer inquiries, now it takes days to get a response and issue resolution is very poor. For example, I was inquiring about an SRO form which I didn't get when the deadline to submit was nearing. I emailed three times, tried their phone number (doesn't work), sent a chat message via FB, but there was no response for days. When they finally responded, I was sent a low resolution PICTURE of the form and the process indicated there was not aligned with the FAQs
