Comments on AAJ Send for Android

★★★★★ Ajoba David CPO, CSSM · Mar 23, 2026

Highly fascinating & innovative idea. However, the map doesn't show most of the addresses of people living in suburb of Lagos State and others. My address in Agbede- Olorogbo in Ikorodu, and that of my village in Ekiti State wasn't available. Other layout are excellent. Thumbs up 👍

The app is very easy to use and understand; AAJ services are reliable and fast.

★☆☆☆☆ Oluyemisi Itunuolu · Sep 16, 2026

Deceptive and not trustworthy. Not transparent at all. The app gives directions, and you make payment, only for them to ask for more money later with hidden charges that were never disclosed upfront. They do not do same-day pickup and delivery, yet with the hidden charges they charge like other logistics companies that actually offer same-day service. No follow-through after payment. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend their services.

★★☆☆☆ Rabiat Oyepeju · Jul 21, 2026

Too slow and highly frustrating to use. Items don't click easily and creating a shipment is too slow!

★★☆☆☆ Rebecca D Adewole · Apr 28, 2026

I entered my login details (which is very much correct because I use it on the site as well), but it kept saying "incorrect credentials". I also tried changing my login password, but they refused to send OTP. I tried registering a fresh, but it said my details already exists 🤌🤌 So basically I'm unable to use the app at all. Meanwhile, the website is so smooth, and I always log in seamlessly without any issues. Please do something about the app.
