★★☆☆☆ Unable to log in or receive any OTP. Not able to lodge any complaint due to the same.

★★☆☆☆ Attempted to use the application for a government service, but my experience was frustrating from the start. During the process of creating login credentials, I encountered a major issue: the dropdown menus for selecting the district are not fully visible, making it impossible to choose the appropriate option. On top of that, I kept receiving "Something went wrong" pop-ups, preventing me from completing the registration process. This app clearly needs improvements
