Worked well for me in a 2017 VW with Google Pixel 8 + Pixel 10, until suddenly both phones unable to detect the AA Wireless dongle despite the correct LEDs showing. That turned out to be the March 2026 Pixel update at fault - my old Android tablet was still able to connect, so I knew the dongle was not broken. I repaired the Pixel connectivity by 'forgetting' the AA Wireless Bluetooth pairing and clearing the AA Wireless app cache+storage and restarting the pairing process.

Love the AAW v2 device - but within every 20 minutes listening to podcasts it skips ahead some amount (a few minutes?) then later on at some point it returns back to the spot it left from. I'm not sure if it's the device firmware or Android causing it but wondering if it's a reported issue. Pixel 10 Pro (latest OS) with latest AAW firmware. It's been an issue for many months.

AAW1 worked ok for me, but with AAE2 auto standby doesn't work. I need to shut Bluetooth off or my phone death spirals constantly reconnecting and enabling standby. I do have it set to my car model.

I have been using these devices for years. Two cars two phones two AA wireless two devices. The last three days have been HELL. The devices have forgotten how to put themselves into standby and CONSTANTLY try to reconnect and start android auto when the cars are off sitting in the driveway. This EATS battery. Its bad enough that both my wife and I uninstalled the app. Now both devices are unplugged. Something has gone very wrong with this devices' ecosystem.

The whole thing is fake and scam, the app doesn't work, the device doesn't work. Nothing works! I want my money back you scammers

AA wireless original and AA wireless two both stopped working when Android Auto was updated by Google recently. The device no longer allows the phone to connect at all.
