Confirmed the order with online payment and everything and after waiting for all day for delivery I checked the app and the products were all back in the basket. Also, even if there are slots available next day, it will say not all the products are available next day (without mentioning which) so you have to add delivery after 2 days. The app is getting stuck and in the end you have to double-check the basket to make sure the quantities are what you want.

The application crashes everyone in a while, the search is super slow, when you add the discount there is no way to take it back - even if you remove the order entirely and start adding products from scratch. Needs significant improvements

You chose the time slot for your delivery, and you wait and wait and wait...9.30-11.30...it's after 12 now and no delivery! Call the open line and nobody is answering...no help, nothing! Very bad customer service!!!
