Many products, that are available in my neighborhood branch, are not available in your shop... and it took me too long to type and find what I was looking for.

Great to see what prices items are. Locations and points to cash in.

During checkout, we need to remove or replace products due to limited availability, at the specific store. We could be offered an alternative store or date.
★★★★★Вера Каширская· Jul 1, 2025
Couldn't find clothes hangers by text search either in English or in Greek
★★★★★Don Dardha· Sep 9, 2025
I order from the USA, for my elderly parents in Paras. The delivery driver is always polite and helpful. Please add an option, to tip the driver while I pay online.

Just flawless. Super nice app. So easy to buy my strawberry and champagne !!!
★☆☆☆☆Gabriela· Jul 14, 2026
Confirmed the order with online payment and everything and after waiting for all day for delivery I checked the app and the products were all back in the basket. Also, even if there are slots available next day, it will say not all the products are available next day (without mentioning which) so you have to add delivery after 2 days. The app is getting stuck and in the end you have to double-check the basket to make sure the quantities are what you want.
★★☆☆☆Michalis Mitrou· Apr 17, 2026
The application crashes everyone in a while, the search is super slow, when you add the discount there is no way to take it back - even if you remove the order entirely and start adding products from scratch. Needs significant improvements
★☆☆☆☆Ioannis Deligiannis· Dec 20, 2023
Requires a mobile number and does not support non-Greek numbers or landlines
★☆☆☆☆Mike T.· Aug 26, 2026
You chose the time slot for your delivery, and you wait and wait and wait...9.30-11.30...it's after 12 now and no delivery! Call the open line and nobody is answering...no help, nothing! Very bad customer service!!!
