Was really excited to finally have a chance to use this service as public, but after trying to make my first order I have rather been disgusted. Order 2 kg of Hottentot at R60 a kilo. Got quoted in total when ordering R184. The next morning when delivery was to take place I check the app and see the price has now gone up to R279. I was given fake reasons as to why the price increased and promised fish on the house that never materialized. Absolute scam.

Didn't even get past the registration screen. Confronted with a long form to fill out first thing was off-putting. I think the UX needs some serious work as users are encountered with a barrier before they even start, and I'm sure the drop-off rate is pretty high at this point. This is just meant as constructive feedback because I think the concept is brilliant, it just needs work. Start with decent UX and engaging design. Right now both are missing.
