Best pricing, used to love Total Wine, but they've been killing Total Wines pricing

Love ABC fine wines and spirits. The app is fabulous, and the sales can not be beat. They are so awesome that I had a pizza delivered to the staff because they are so efficient and knowledgeable.

It would be great if we could scan items in store, especially if they're out of stock. Otherwise, really easy to use and helpful.

This app is useless. I have an account through the ABC website, but it doesn't sync with the app. I enter my UN/PW, and it says "Invalid Credentials". I saw ABC replying to reviews here, stating to tap "Sign Up" rather than "Sign In" when first using the app. They said use the same UN/PW as the website, and then the two will then sync up. So I tried that, and I get an error saying "Email already registered with us." 🤦♀️ Maybe the Total Wine app designers can help you guys fix this issue.

Don't use the ABC app to purchase anything! All of a sudden, there is a SERVICE CHARGE ADDED when you purchase (even for pickup). What is the service charge for? It's to help pay for the development of the app! What a great idea to make your customers pay to use your app to buy things from you. Found this out from the local ABC store manager. He said you don't pay the service charge if you order via the website. I haven't tried the website because I'm now shopping at Total Wine.
