I'm happy that the subtitles now stay activated between episodes and shows

After a recent update, captions are enabled automatically on every show, even if I don't want them on. This means every single time I start a show I have to turn off the captions first, and there isn't even a setting in the Settings page to control this either, which is really annoying.

This app gets worse with every update. Forced to make an account, but what's the point when the continue watching feature shows programs I haven't watched for months and I have to try to remember where I'm up to in shows I'm currently watching.

Iview is making me sign in every day, interrupting what I am watching Last night the shows were all 45 mins late in the evening, That, and the ABC radio news app not streaming properly means it's a totally second rate experience. 04/09/23 ABC VIC livestream just hangs now. No image. On the weekend it was 45 min/1 hr late Rang ABC, was told because update. Not working at all now! 07/09/23 STILL NO ABC VIC LIVESTREAM sack the developers ABC and get new ones. And + read all the other complaints!
