You people need to work on your app, especially in terms of tracking packages. Also, let your 3 to 5 days to deliver be exactly the 3 to 5 days. You always delay customers' packages, something that is supposed to take 3 to 5 working days will take 10 to 12 working days. Honestly, it's not fair at all. You're making people lose trust in your logistics, and it does not portray the company well at all. WORK ON YOUR DELIVERY.
