Great little app with all you need and want in terms of exercises with no annoying ads or forcing you to register, etc.

This app is helping me exercise every day because it sends a reminder. I have a few recommendations, there should be an option to change the duration of rest and praise for completing each exercise and everyday it should calculate and show the amount of weight lost based on the calories that we burn. Thank you, I'll post another review once I reach my target weight.
