I like it how one can adjust the time of the exercises. The exercises are demanding and fun. Thank you!

This app is helping me exercise every day because it sends a reminder. I have a few recommendations, there should be an option to change the duration of rest and praise for completing each exercise and everyday it should calculate and show the amount of weight lost based on the calories that we burn. Thank you, I'll post another review once I reach my target weight.
