After 5 years or so of studying and personal experience with fitness exercises, I rate this app highly. My reasons are; 1. The screen is clear, and so, too, are the directions. 2. The exercises are designed for Core. Abs and back, all of which are the most effective. 3. The variety of the exercises are plentiful. No repeats. 4. The timer is flexible. You select how long you wish to exercise. The clock countdown display is red. Standing out clearly. With many more features.

It's not easy to disable all advertisement consents with one button. Hate such apps.

After starting the app the user gets the consent Dialog where the app asks to use your personal data. If you do not consent the user is shown the dialog to buy the premium feature of the app. If that dialog is closed without buying premium the consent dialog is shown again. And this cycle is endless - this is not acceptable. Accept the users choice.

Tried to opt out of vendors using my info. After that it redirected me to the Upgrade to premium screen. I declined, and it took me back to the Vendors page. Tried 8 times, using every combination of clickable buttons. It didn't allow me to access the app without agreeing for my info to be used by all vendors. Awful.
