Works great for reporting time to be covered

★★★★★ Chrissy Webb · Jun 27, 2025

Excellent app! The app makes it so much easier to file new claims and intermittent claims. No phone calls needed which is an absolute plus for me. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone.

★★★★★ Cheri Rodgers · Mar 6, 2021

Grateful to have this app, helps to report absences much easier...

★★★★★ Melissa Murphy · Sep 15, 2021

Easily file for FMLA and get a response right away.

★★☆☆☆ Ghost Girl · Mar 7, 2026

I can't open the app now. It keeps telling me to update it to continue using it. I already updated it, and now it won't open, continuously giving me a pop-up notice to update to continue using.

★☆☆☆☆ Courtney Pyrtle · Mar 12, 2026

App keeps saying it needs to be updated. I did the update, but it continues to say it needs to be updated and won't open! I've been using this app with no problems for well over a year. Now something is very wrong. I had to submit my intermittent FMLA absences on their website instead of the app.

★☆☆☆☆ Malisa Molden · Mar 12, 2026

Will not open up to log in keeps saying that it needs an update and no update is available

★☆☆☆☆ MoeMoe (CaptMoeMoe) · Mar 11, 2026

It says it needs an update, but it is updated every time. Get this fixed please.
