I got banned for no reason!!! I can't even properly use the app! It's always frozen, and I have to force close it multiple times. I also have communication errors. I sent in an email!

I got temporarily banned after a few days of using the app. No warning, no explanation, just a vague "inappropriate behavior or content" even though according to the Community Guidelines I've done nothing of the sort. Sent multiple emails through the Feedback page with no response. Ridiculous that we have to "appeal our case" to get our account back when we're not even told why we're banned and then receive no response when we send an appeal. This vague and shady banning outweighs all the pros
