★★☆☆☆ The aim of acadium is misplaced. The so-called mentors are small businesses looking for cheap labor with high demands who have little to nothing to offer the mentees. They demand for jobs overlapping the scheduled 10 hours and are never satisfied. Poor experience on two mentorships. Not worth it after the first time.
