When registering for account, after all information were fulfilled, pop up box appeared saying something is wrong. When tried to re-register, said account is already set but when logging in, another pop up box appeared saying wrong username/password which is impossible as I literally just seconds from completing this info during registration. Poor UX

Customer service takes too long to reply. I was away from my phone for 2 min, and they ended the chat without solving my problem first. While it takes 30 min (till now) for them to reply my chat. (m going to keep updating until they reply my chat at WhatsApp)
