I am not able to use the app since my login is through my school. Would like an option to redirect to the school's login, so we can still use the app.

Couldn't sign in with my credentials. Even it's not sending any email to my registered email so that I can retrieve my account. Please look into it

Don't buy their books if you're an individual. Can't access anything in the app
★☆☆☆☆Ekeh Divine· Apr 28, 2024
Not able to create profile cos I'm not a student and don't have my previous school on the list. Can't medical officers who are no longer students have a provision to log in or create an account? There should be other options of creating profile than use of institutions. Thanks
★☆☆☆☆Gaming Warfare· Jul 22, 2025
I can't sign in nor make an account with Access/this app because I don't have and institution/school name to associate my self with, and they won't let you create an account without one. So if you're a person looking at this app and don't get to any type of school this probably ain't the app for you
