The app doesn't let me sign in with the credentials I've used to create an account. Doesn't email me allowing me to change my password either. Hope it gets resolved soon as I find the website useful

Not able to create profile cos I'm not a student and don't have my previous school on the list. Can't medical officers who are no longer students have a provision to log in or create an account? There should be other options of creating profile than use of institutions. Thanks
