★★★★★ No major issues at present. I find it is OK most time. You have to dig deep to find new client's care plan and vital stats. That could be made easier to do. Update 18/10/23 Had some issues but generally OK.

★★★★★ It is a good app, but one thing I would recommend as an update is for only the person who makes a note to edit it. This would mitigate against other people mistakenly deleting your entry.

★★★★★ The app works well, but I think a dark mode would be beneficial to match my phone settings at any time I am using the dark mode.

★★☆☆☆ This app is so time-consuming. Constantly syncing. I have downloaded it on a new phone and have all correct logging in details, but it won't log in

★★☆☆☆ When I log in I have to enter my pin many times sometimes 5–10 times before I can access my app. The app is very buggy and if signal is poor this leads to a very poor experience

★★☆☆☆ Rubbish constantly brakes down and doesn't log you in and out of calls properly so you either do the get paid for them or have to argue the fact that you have actually been at work. Not good when working in community care
