The Access Definitiv TimeClock app is easy to set up and use across your organisation.
In conjunction with the Access Definitiv application, you can see what employees are currently clocked on and review any variances between actual hours worked and the hours an employee was scheduled to work.

DEVICE REQUIREMENTS • Device should be Android 6.0 (Marshmallow, SDK 23) or higher • To use the NFC functionality of the app, the device must have the NFC hardware • For ease of use, we suggest using a device with NFC functionality on the front, i.e. same side as the screen • If installing the app from the Play Store the device will only support screen pinning • To utilise the full-kiosk mode the device will need to be set up by Access Definitiv
SCREEN PINNING • Screen pinning is a feature which enables you to continually show only one application on your device • The application will continue to show as active on the device’s screen until it has been unpinned • Device security settings can be set up to ensure the app can only be unpinned using a PIN, pattern or password
