Description
Working with certain health plans and specific government agencies, Access2Care offers rides to and from eligible healthcare appointments all across the country. If you are a Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible recipient and a member of one of our clients' health plans, you are most likely eligible for rides to and from your healthcare appointments. These ride services are to help you when you don’t have another way to get to your healthcare appointment. Ask your health plan or Medicaid agency if they offer this benefit to you through Access2Care.
You will find using our application is faster than calling in to schedule a ride. In addition to scheduling, you can cancel upcoming trips. If your using Lyft you can see where the vehicle is on a map. You can also request your return ride by simply clicking a button. Please wait to request your return ride until after your medical appointment is complete. Access2Care will be enhancing this app with new releases.
Recent changes: Access2Care offers rides to and from eligible healthcare appointments all across the country.
Included in this update is a new User Interface Layout with Multi Language support for Spanish.

Godsend for rent burdened! I don't own a car. Imo, any disabled person that does and can afford, is very fortunate. I pay 77%, soon to be 80% of my income to rent. Before this benefit and app, couldn't afford to get to the doctors, or neighbors would tell me they will take me, and cancel last minute. This is piece of mind for me, like having a car and driver. I would love to see in the future, the ability to use this for going to the food store or pharmacy.

Not worth the space it takes up! Every time I schedule through this app, the ride NEVER shows up! Uninstalled and never using it again!

This app is useless. You can't schedule trips for the right time, especially if it's after noon, you'll get marked for early morning... Like a 5pm appointment will get scheduled for 3am. Canceling trips are nearly impossible. Stick to calls, don't bother with this app unless you are glutton for frustration.

This app doesn't work because when you put in your trip information, it states that the trip was booked successfully...But if you exit out and come back to it the trip info. is gone...
