★★★★★ The best app I ever came across thus far, easy to use for invoices and quotes.

★★★★★ Excellent app, excellent features! One exception though: The Mileage tracking feature is VERY rudimentary compared to Trip Log. I would give Zoho Books five stars if it had an automatic mileage tracking based on Bluetooth connection with the car audio (starts logging when connected, stops logging when disconnected). This is the only thing stopping me from using Zoho Books exclusively for my finances. If you are a dev reading this, PLEASE escalate this is your feature update pipeline. Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ I upgraded to their professional plan after seeing misleading information on their website. Later, I realized the video claims were false. I requested a refund, but for the past week, they’ve been making excuses and quoting rules instead of helping. They talk about customer satisfaction, but it’s just words. Their “no questions asked refund” policy is completely fake. Avoid this company — their prices are high, and the quality is poor.

★★☆☆☆ Why I need to add full details of any customer before any invoice generation. Why it's not direct adding the name at invoice? Sometimes it's cash bill.
