Description

The AccuFund SoftClock is a companion app for the Payroll module of the AccuFund Accounting Suite. Employees clock in and out, automatically updating their time sheets from a mobile device, on either a personal mobile device or a tablet-kiosk provided by the employer.

The app can be configured by the employer to accept memos, account numbers, distribution tables, rates, amounts, and many other values. In addition, the app records the latitude and longitude of the device at the time of the clocking, making location available for reporting and confirmation.

Recent changes:
* Minor maintenance release to meet updated app store requirements.
* Resolved an issue where default values were not working properly for some users.

By tracking my time with the app I discovered that I had previously been shorting myself on hours. Now it's easier to track everything I do, even while I'm on the go. Before I check my work emails, I clock in; then I clock out when I'm done. All those quick little checks add up to quite a bit of time (a few minutes here, a few minutes there ...) and pretty quickly those "littles" add up to a few hours that I otherwise wasn't getting credit for. (Disclosure: I currently work for AccuFund, Inc., but this is my own personal review of the app)
