★★☆☆☆ Paid for the Advert free version. Moved over to the new app as prompted to and now I can't access the Platinum version. Contacted support numerous times with no help other than delete the app and start again. Requested a refund but that's fallen on deaf ears.

★★☆☆☆ A few years ago, I paid for the FULL (Premium) version. It worked fine. Today, the app asked me to update to the Platinum version for free because the Premium version will soon no longer be supported. So, I updated it to the Platinum version. It seems to work fine. But, there is one issue as follow: at the bottom of the screen, it displays the banner "Accu Weather -- Partner with Fox News". I don't think this banner should be displayed because it is kind of like an ad (advertising). Your company should remove this banner. Please note that my phone screen is small and any banner will take up space on the screen. Thus, the app gets the 1 star rating from me for tricking users to display that banner. I will change the rating to 5 star if and when you remove that banner. Regards,
