Employees are nearly always helpful [most times overbearing. Sometimes I'd rather be left alone b/c I nowhere what I'm looking for is & how to use it.] I feel like I'm @ a car dealership b/c I have to reiterate no, I don't need help. I'm aware where it is located & I know how to use it. Thank you for the offer, now please cease & desist forthwith. Rarely do they honor that request. Prices are a bit excessive, but overall a good store to have around.

This review is ONLY about the Ace Hardware App which is EXTREMELY SLOW AND GLITCHY. You can plan on spending a couple of hours just to view a few pages of items. It is beyond frustrating just like the Home Depot App. I do not understand how these companies expect to gain and retain online customers when the apps are like waiting for a 1995 AOL dial up modem to load a page. Don't waste your time, go to an Ace Hardware store, and you'll save yourself to.e and frustration.

It's slower than using the Internet. When trying to search for a specific item it just brings the whole store up. Useless app

Tried placing an order with the app to pickup in my local store. It would have a problem that would say "have a problem please try again sometime" I tried to get my card set for main payment method but wouldn't work. I had to go to the website to place my order.
