It's pretty sad when closing down and reopening an application leads to the loss of earned rewards. I had 10 dollars worth of rewards (two five dollar coupons) which I was planning to use with my purchase at my local Ace Retailer location. When I arrived to the store and was in line for the register, my $10 was suddenly gone. This app has major problems with how clunky it is and never have I had the issue of rewards expiring just because I opened and closed an application.

App will show "sponsored" items when you are looking for a specific tool that have nothing to do with your search criteria. If ace makes it difficult to shop on the app I'll take my business elsewhere.
