Some major issues they ask very, very private and personal information which isn't legal or law-abiding they claim they are following the rules but it's their rules not legal or lawful rules & is a breech of personal privacy they are obviously selling your information onto other companies. Every single new receiver you first need to make a phone call for them to ask you a whole load of private information every single transaction they also ask irrelevant questions I won't use them until this stops

If you are trying to transfer a big amount never choose this app. They just cancelled my transfer stating the account money was deducted does belong to me when it was my account. The reason was the space to write my full name in ACE app was not enough. So they let me only type part of it. And because of that they said the names differ. They had my ID and never bordered to check my name since they are lazy. Either have more space to write a persons name or do not be lazy to check the identification
