ACE has for a week now been unable to fix an issue with them saying money is ready for pickup in the Philippines whilst all agents are saying funds cannot be located in the system. This money 10500 pesos was for a law exam for the recipient that couldn't be paid for, so I had to send the same amount again using a different company.... this has now cost me $500 and still not fixed they keep promising but nothing happens
