Worst app ever!!! It took 120 hours for my money to transfer! No time limit given by the app!! No customer service!! No reply of the mail!! Uninstalling it!!

An extremely unprofessional experience! I requested a transaction cancellation and asked a simple question, but the support team showed a total lack of respect and customer service etiquette. Instead of helping me, they abruptly closed the chat without providing any clear answer. It is unacceptable for a money transfer service to treat its customers this way. I am lodging an official complaint and do not recommend this app to anyone who expects decent support when an issue arises!
