Overall it's awesome. Chose Faceable Agent because it has the highest license exam pass rate in Texas. There are a few other providers who have deceptively higher pass rates. However, they've only had 10 to 12 exams taken which doesn't count. The course: It sporadically skips a page, ALWAYS immediately preceding mastery question. Canons of Professional Ethics shows out of order due to 2022 repeal however I've reported it and was told it'll be corrected. Finally, so far has Ace refused to read 2 pages.

Fun way to learn. After each section, questions are given to refresh your memory. At the same time, an assessment is given, which one must pass in order to move onto the next section. Therefore, they make sure you know the material. I highly recommend anyone who had difficulty studying real estate course, or anyone who want to get a real estate license.

Information is good, but app is riddled with bugs. Every time I take a benchmark test (assessment test) which is 3-4 questions, I have to answer a question, then uninstall, reinstall, login, answer a question, rinse, and repeat. The words are not completely matched up to what the voice-over says, I can't read it because I work while I listen. The UI is not very good. It would also make it a lot easier if there was an auto scroller to automatically flip pages at a set time interval.

Guys this is crazy! But I can't speed up the videos to 1.5x or 2x! That's insane. I'm a fast learner and these guys bore me with stupidly slow speech delivery. Please fix this! Maybe also 1.25x and 1.75x speed would be beneficial just like other platforms like Coursera. Also, when I'm studying on phone the app doesn't keep the screen on! What the hell in the world! I was able to speed up the text read, but the YouTube like videos I'm not able to speed up. Also, can't copy text from app to notes!

I bought the state of Illinois pre-licensure bundle/package, and I can access the course from a laptop, however, I downloaded the app, logged in, and it is trying to make me purchase the pre-licensure bundle/package all over again and there is no way to get past this screen and get to my already paid for pre-licensure bundle/package. 1 star, this App is straight up garbage.
