This is a great app, easy to use. . Marcellus is a great program. Very reasonable price in exchange for the kids each watching a 1-hour video each week. The classes are great and not time-consuming. The kids and I love Marcellus! The reason for the 4 star is that we've been doing this for 4 yrs now, and I still haven't found a way to communicate with anyone from Marcellus. They will send emails addressed from "Marcellus teacher" and say contact me if you have questions. But you can't reply.

Great app, just wish that for the scholarship bonus, instead of doing two hours of work a day, students must average higher than a 3.8GPA to get the scholarship. Sometimes, doing two hours when you have other activities going on outside acellus is near impossible, especially when your class total time doesn't add up to two hours (not often, but it does happen) please change the way students get the scholarship.

Absolutely love Acellus!! My child was struggling in public school, going as far as having teachers tell him he would never catch up with the others and calling him stupid. We switched to Acellus and that's been the best decision I've made! He has amazing grades now, and it makes it so much easier for him to understand. When stuck in a lesson and struggling, I love that it offers helpful videos before continuing. His entire attitude towards school has changed since switching.

As a parent, I need to log in, so I can pay the tuition. For whatever reason, I can't log in now. If my kids lose their work because of a tech issue that causes me to not be able to pay, im going to be pissed. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP.

Love the school but customer service will not call you they email you and half do not understand simple things you tell them are wrong. You often get multiple people commenting but no real answers this definitely needs to be worked on. I have had so many issues and not one time anyone calls me. Also everything is not explained in the app itself. You have to jump through hoops to get help and it's not help. Very disappointed in customer service but my 4 kids love the school.

It's not letting me go 10 percent or 12 percent acellus is okay, but the update is not good it's only going 6 percent could you please let the progress get 10 percent or 12 percent done not 6 I get blocked in an hour I don't Learn anything change the update how it was before I want it to go 10 percent or 12 percent of schoolwork then blocks not blocks at 6 percent that's a joke that's crazy I want it to go 10 or 12 percent every time
