Description
During a cardiac arrest, keeping track of times, medications, and procedures performed can be challenging. ACLS Helper was designed to assist the team leader in organizing and monitoring this information throughout resuscitation.
With an objective interface and visual and audible alerts, the app assists in monitoring key cardiac arrest events, allowing the team to stay focused on patient care while recording cycles, medications, procedures, and other important milestones.
Key features
• Adult and pediatric care: specific features to assist with monitoring resuscitation in adult and pediatric patients.
• Cycle tracking: timer and alerts to track resuscitation cycles and 2-minute intervals.
• Epinephrine administration tracking: track the time since the last administration and receive alerts to assist with monitoring intervals during resuscitation.
• Procedure recording: record interventions performed and review a history containing the procedure, time of occurrence, and elapsed time since the beginning of the cardiac arrest.
• Alerts during resuscitation: receive visual and audible alerts related to key moments of resuscitation, such as rhythm reassessment, medication administration, and defibrillation.
• Chest compression rate: audible signal to assist in maintaining the compression rate, with a configurable rhythm.
• Reversible causes — 5 Hs and 5 Ts: monitor possible reversible causes of cardiac arrest and record the information assessed during the resuscitation.
• Post-ROSC care: after return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC), review the information and post-cardiac arrest follow-up items available in the app.
• Resuscitation history: save completed resuscitation events and review them later.
• Resuscitation statistics: review metrics from recorded events to support event analysis and continuous evaluation and improvement.
Important
ACLS Helper is a support tool for organizing and monitoring care and does not replace training, institutional protocols, clinical judgment, or the care provided by qualified healthcare professionals.

Excellent app to run codes. I will be using this to run codes. Thank you developer for creating this app and making an impactful app that can save lives. Only one suggestion if we can have a settings app to decide on our epi timings and maybe color epi red when it's due like rhythm becomes red on 2 min mark

Really love the app, great easy to read design. A really important suggestion would be that the selected language should also apply to the CPR screen and also carry over to the next time the app the started.
★★★★★
Excellent app, I would recommend an option to set the adrenaline time. For
example: I prefer epinephrine every 4 min.
