★★★★★ Was working great for 2 yrs. Now all of a sudden it doesn't have sound. Even though sound is on and no changes. OK Update: I rebooted my phone as Verizon did update that didn't restart phone to install. So after startup ACR is working perfect now.

I am lifetime premium costumer Version: 0.314-playStore-NoAccessibility-arm8 (10314) Android Version: 12 This App Version has too many Bugs and too many crashes. Here are the problems that are faced: 1. When I search Someone, the app crashes when I press backspace and Sometime when I press Space, then app Crashes. 2. When I listen the Call recording, After few Seconds, say after 20 seconds, the app Crashes.

★★☆☆☆ APH installed from Samsung App Store. ACR Phone was from Play store. All permissions have been set correctly. On loudspeaker, both members of the conversation are recorded. Phone to my ear, only my voice is recorded and very faintly can hear the audio from the other caller. I don't think it is directly recording on the phone and relying on loudspeaker. When I am connected to Bluetooth in the car or earbuds, it doesn't record the other person on the call at all.

★★☆☆☆ I never pay for apps. I paid for this one a for one reason and one reason ONLY: because I needed to record selective business calls. Now, it no longer records calls? I don't care what Google says. I need phone call recording restored, or this app is completely useless. It's a terrible dialer, so I certainly wouldn't use it just for that. I don't like it. I only need it for recording purposes. Restore recording ability, and I'll restore the stars I've deducted. Otherwise, I'm going to uninstall.
