Acre Gold has been a breath of fresh air during these turbulent times of inflation, uncertainty in the stock market, and most gold IRAs want you to have 100k or more to qualify in an IRA already. Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to give em a chance. I'm so glad I did. I'll be going on my 3rd year with Acre Gold. Their prices are comparable to most precious metals brokers, but it's their customer service department that puts them over the top. Other companies should take some advice.

I have sent 7 payments to acre gold. There is no customer service that I can find, and I have not received anything gold yet. Please be careful I think this place is a scam. You go onto the app and there is just no way, that I can see to contact anyone.

Horribly overpriced! I consider it price gouging. This could have been both a well intended and profitable company if they were more transparent with their fees charged. A person is much better off going to a precious metal dealer, directly to get a much better price, not too much over the Spot price, and, get your investment right away..... I'm sorry that I had to give them One Star!!! Never again! Especially, if you sign up for monthly payments to buy desired metal. They took advantage of me.

I bought a gram, cost me over double the cost of gold (gold is currently $106CAD/g, the total cost for me to buy the gold and have it shipped was $217CAD/g) Now I wait to see if there's an issue with delivery and how long it takes
